Rania Abdel Rahman is an assistant lecturer at the Department of English Language and Literature at Cairo University where she earned her BA in 1993. In 1996, she earned her MA in Modern English Studies from Queen Mary University of London UK. She has participated in a number of national and international conferences on gender and women's studies.
